Tempelhof gets a new core – with clear edges and an open, lively center. The edges of the quarter on Tempelhofer Damm, the cultural and educational center, and Götzstraße with new housing units are becoming more dense and, therefore, form a clear, urban framework for the neighborhood. The lively hub is relocated into the center – a belt of urban squares spans between the cultural center and the preserved Eva-Maria-Buch House, offering diverse spaces for a lively neighborhood. A ring of public green spaces forms a transition zone between the busy squares and the private gardens.
