The North Fountain in Vienna‘s City Hall Park is part of the historic fountain complex and is a listed building. As part of a comprehensive renovation, the fountain was restored in accordance with conservation principles and reconstructed in its original appearance based on historical models.
The fountain, located in the direction of the university, was rebuilt, including the fountain chamber. All water and electrical systems were renewed and carefully integrated into the historic structure. The newly designed fountain‘s shape and water feature are based on the historic original and are complemented by a subtle lighting concept.
In addition to its aesthetic and technical renewal, the fountain makes an important contribution to improving the microclimate in City Hall Park and enhances the quality of life in public spaces.

Der unter Denkmalschutz stehende Nordbrunnen im Wiener Rathauspark wurde im Rahmen einer Generalsanierung nach historischen Vorlagen rekonstruiert. Der Brunnen samt Brunnenstube wurde neu aufgebaut, die gesamte Wasser- und Elektrotechnik denkmalgerecht erneuert und in die historische Gestaltung integriert. Eine neu gestaltete, am Original orientierte Brunnenfontäne sowie eine zurückhaltende Beleuchtung stellen die ursprüngliche Wirkung
wieder her und stärken zugleich die Aufenthaltsqualität und das Mikroklima des Parks.
