In the Neu LEO development area, urban uses and diversity are creating a lively quarter. Functionally and socially mixed buildings concentrated around the central square create a place with character and identity. A colorful program of commercial, non-commercial, productive and social uses is offered. Differentiated, new forms of living and working provide answers to changing needs and social change.
Future residents and interested users are invited by means of an open call to appropriate space and actively participate in the development of the urban base zone. This will create a place to live and promote cooperation.

Im Entwicklungsareal Neu LEO entsteht durch urbane Nutzungen und Vielfalt ein lebhaftes Quartier. Funktional und sozial durchmischte Häuser, die sich um den zentralen Quartiersplatz konzentrieren bilden einen Ort mit Charakter und Identität. Dabei wird ein buntes Programm an kommerziellen, nicht-kommerziellen, produktiven und sozialen Nutzungen angeboten. Differenzierte, neue Wohn- und Arbeitsformen geben Antworten auf veränderte Bedürfnisse und den gesellschaftlichen Wandel.
Zukünftige BewohnerInnen sowie interessierte NutzerInnen werden mittels Open Call eingeladen sich Raum anzueignen und aktiv an der Entwicklung der Stadtsockelzone mitzuarbeiten. So wird ein Ort zum Leben geschaffen und ein Miteinander gefördert
